We need your help!
See our list of Sponsors/Supporters!
Tri-County CAP, Inc./Guardianship Services is asking for your help in celebrating its 25th anniversary of service!
In addition to guardianship, the program provides countless uncompensated hours assisting families in their efforts to help their loved ones suffering with debilitating illnesses. They are guided through the process of how to access the service systems in place for each individual and how to navigate the probate system.
Your support will make a difference! We will need to receive confirmation of intended donations by August 19th, 2011 and all donations will need to be received no later than September 2, 2011.
If you are able to help, please send donation checks to:
Tri-County CAP/Guardianship Services

If you would prefer to donate a raffle item, please email Jennifer Watson at: jswatson@gsgs.org, and we can arrange for a staff member to pick up your item. I understand the short turnaround for this event, but we are trying to take advantage of the nice weather before our long winter season. |
